Over the past eight years I have created an organic flower & vegetable garden in an acre. It includes a vegetable garden, mini plots; so you can see how it works on a smaller scale, a culinary herb & fruit garden as well as lots of ornamental planting that provides plenty of form & colour but also great wildlife habitats. It's a working garden, supplying the raw ingredients for all of the courses, run like a market garden, but designed to be both practical and beautiful at the same time.
